Molino Bongermino

Molino Bongermino is a handicraft company specialised in the milling of different cereals. It was founded in 2012 in Laterza (Apulia, Italy) and has focused its production on high quality remilled semolina. Subsequently it has expanded its range through research, the development of new products, the careful selection of the finest local wheat, the control of the production process and rigorous daily laboratory analyses.
