Molino Bongermino Pasta is made from a selection of the best italian variaties of durum wheat, grown in Italy. It is bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperature. Our semolina is obtained by a low -exctraction milling and directly from the durum wheat kernel. Our state-of-the-art milling plant is able to guarantee the quality of the product at every stage of the milling process.
